Dwight Smith (Board Member)
He was born and raised in in North Carolina. He received a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics from N.C. A&T State University, and a Master’s Degree in Media and Film Production from The New School for Social Research in New York City.
As a filmmaker Dwight has garnered awards from: SONY Innovators, The Jerome Foundation, The Black American Cinema Society, and the Houston International Film Festival.
Dwight is a freelance videographer who writes, acts, produces, directs and edits videos for special occasions, stage productions, promotions, instructional videos, narrative films and documentaries.
A native of St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands. Darilee earned her Bachelor’s degree in Education from Fordham University, which cultivated her passion for teaching.
She later embraced entrepreneurship, opening a Bed & Breakfast, consulting for weddings and events, and running Baskets by Red, a fundraiser supporting churches and organizations.
She currently serves as the Executive Director of the Prophetic Ministry Round Table, guiding discussions on spiritual gifts, deliverance, and dreams.
Known for her deep knowledge of holistic healing and her prophetic gifting, Darilee continues to inspire through teaching, seminars, and ministry.
In recent years, Darilee has expanded Baskets by Red to reflect her calling in holistic wellness, integrating her knowledge of herbs, healing, and prophetic ministry. This expansion gave birth to Herbal & Spa Baskets by Red, a unique combination of her talents, spiritual gifts, and creativity, offering meaningful products and services that merge care, wellness, and inspiration.
Delita Dubose-Lee (Vice President)
Chaplain Delita Dubose-Lee, a native New Yorker, is an advocate for social justice, quality housing, and employment opportunities for those in need. She received her CPE training at North General Hospital in Harlem, NY, and is currently employed as a Clerical Associate Level 4 at the Dyckman Clinic for New York City Health + Hospitals, with 33 years of experience. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Communications from The College of New Rochelle, Rosa Parks Campus in Harlem, and later obtained her master’s degree in Professional Studies from New York Theological Seminary.
Delita formerly worked for the Apollo Theater and performed in an off-Broadway play at The Lamb’s Theatre, where she portrayed the woman with the issue of blood. She is a member of Bethel Gospel Assembly, where she serves as a minister in training.
Peter J. Fernandez (Board Member )
Has had a long career as an actor and educator. He has appeared in seven Broadway plays and dozens of Off Broadway and regional theatre productions in addition to many
television guest star and recurring roles. He has also been featured in a number of large and smaller budget films over the years. He currently serves as Associate Professor of Professional Practice and Co Head of the Acting Program in Columbia University’s School of
the Arts. As a proud christian artist he has been a long time member and board member of Real Life Theater.
Kamilah has a background in Theatre Ministry from Abilene Christian University in Abilene, TX. She is a poet and playwright and published her first book, Testimony: Poems From the Heart, a collection of inspirational poetry in 2018. Kamilah worked as a teaching artist throughout New Jersey for over a decade, and has since shifted to the library field. She is an avid reader and an advocate for mental health awareness. She has been a member of Real Life Theater Ministries since its inception.

Craig Neal (President)
Mr. Neal has a background in music. He is a teacher of music with the Yonkers Public School System where he teaches musical theatre. Mr. Neal has directed and conducted many theatrical productions in the public schools and local community theatres. He has been in several productions by the Real Life Theater over the past five years. He is also a Deacon and Sunday school teacher.
